This is warning to anyone in the El Dorado County area who may come in contact with a slum lord in Pollock Pines, CA. Her name is Sharon Potter, age 73 on Loyal Lane, Pollock Pines, CA 95726. She is psycotic and insane. She ownes a home with a rental below it and her above it. The rental is not up to code and does not meet the minimum requirements to make it habitibal by humans. She is evil and will sabitage your property as well as turn off your utilities. She has removed the smoke detectors and nailed one fire exit closed, removed the steps to the other fire exit. She dumps her hot ashes from her fireplace over the deck of her front door so they land on the deck of the rental. She has sprayed people with the water hose, she has vandalized vehicles owned by the tenants. There is belonging under her house that belong to previous tenants that include a set of dentures. The specific previous tenant cannot be located. There have been over 12 tenants in her rental in the past year and two have passed away to unkown reasons. The nieghbors on both sides of her are moving because of her and causing the owners to lose rent due to her harrassment.
